Directions to use:

• Take 1-1.5gms powder in 200-250 ml water.
• Simmer for 14-15 minutes with lid closed.
• Serve and drink your refreshing Cordyceps tea with or without straining preferably after the meals.
• Fill the tea in your thermos bottle for later use.
