Cordyceps and its extracts are natural products that are generally safe when administered orally at a concentration of 3-6gm/day.
There are no side effects when taken in dosages upto 3-6gms/day at a dosage of 1-3gms twice or thrice a day. In rare cases, mild side effects like bloating and stomach upset can occur.
